Young Artists of the Laurel Fund

The Laurel Fund for the Performing Arts was founded in 2000 by Elvi Moore to promote all of the performing arts and to assist, encourage, and nurture deserving young artists from the DC area, while instilling in them the spirit of giving back to the community. The Laurel Fund awards tuition scholarships to study music, theater or dance.Capital Talents, the most recent initiative of The Laurel Fund, is a celebration of the artistry and diversity of some of the most gifted young performers from the Washington DC metropolitan area. This is the fourth annual Capital Talents showcase.
