Alexander Lewis

Australian tenor Alexander Lewis is a graduate of The Metropolitan Opera's Lindemann Young Artist Development Program. He made his Met debut as First Guard in Manon, and subsequently appeared as Borsa in Rigoletto, and as the title role in The Nose. These performances all appeared in The Met's Live in HD cinema broadcasts. Alexander also performed in the LYADP's Met+Juilliard productions as Vasek in The Bartered Bride, conducted by Maestro James Levine, and Ferrando in Cosi fan tutte, conducted by Maestro Alan Gilbert. He also attended The Merola Opera Program where he performed Nemorino in L'Elisir d'amore.
