Michael Sheppard

Michael Sheppard is the 2003 recipient of the APA Classical Fellowship Award sponsored by the American Pianists Association. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he has been playing the piano since the age of two. Mr. Sheppard has a Masters degree from the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University, where his teacher was Ann Schein. Currently, he is studying with Leon Fleisher.
