Carlton Burgess and Complete Praise

Gospel composer/musician/recording artist Carlton Burgess formed Complete Praise in 1991. The group made their debut at the Kennedy Center in February, 1993, at the Inaugural Tribute to Vice President Gore. They have appeared at the Third Annual Taste of DC, the Heritage Music Foundation in Los Angeles, the Bobby Jones Gospel Explosion in Atlanta and Nashville, and they have twice appeared on the Bobby Jones Gospel Hour on the Black Entertainment Network. The group was also featured on the Coca-Cola/BET Christmas Special, appearing with a list of artists including Monica, Yolanda Adams, and A Few Good Men. Burgess resides in Washington, DC, and is an Artist-in-Residence at the St.
