Quarteto Colombiano

Directed by maestro Luis Fernando Leon (who also plays 2nd Bandola), this quartet is formed of today's best interpreters of Colombian instruments: Fabian Forero on the first Bandola, Fabian Gallon on the Tiple, and Mario Riveros on guitar. They began their musical career together in 1998, and from that point have performed in the most prestigious concert halls in Colombia including the Bogota National Theatre. Their concert series ôOne Century of the Instrumental Music of the Colombian Andesö toured at Luis Angel Arango Hall, Skadia Hall, the Cactus Festival, Columbus Theatre, Jorge Eliecer Gaitan Theatre, Freedom Theatre, Luis A. Calvo Hall, Otto de Greiff Philharmonic Orchestra of Bogota, and the ôGuitar 2000ö Festival. In Medellin, they were invited to play at the CORTIPLE National Colombian Andean Music Event.
