Elizabeth “Ibby” Roberts and Nancy Garlick

A native of Alexandria, Virginia, Elizabeth “Ibby” Roberts currently teaches bassoon at the University of Virginia, where she plays with Albermarle Ensemble and serves as principal bassoonist of the Charlottesville and University Symphony Orchestra (CUSO). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Illinois, a Professional Studies Diploma and a B.M. from the Harid Conservatory, where she studied with Arthur Weisberg; and she recently received a M.M.
