Robbie Schaeffer

Robbie Schaefer’s musical career began in an office building in Massachusetts in 1989. It was there that the Virginia native became convinced that, after six months of office work, he was meant to be a musician. In 1991 Robbie released his only solo album, entitled Someday, and embarked upon a career as a singer-songwriter, playing neighborhood bars and coffeehouses in Northern Virginia. Shortly after, however, he found himself performing with a handful of friends in a folk-pop group that became known as Eddie From Ohio. The band went on to independently release six CD’s in nine years, selling over 70,000 copies and creating a still-growing national following.
