Janine Wilson

Janine Wilson hails from Columbus, Ohio, where she began her musical career singing along to records and putting on backyard shows with neighborhood kids. She eventually attended Ohio State University as a music major, ironically flunking her singing class due to a major case of stage fright. Since then, she has overcome that stage fright and for the past nine years, she and her stable of some of the D.C. areaÆs finest musicians have been cooking up a combination of heartfelt blues, R&B, and roots music.
