Edward Alan Moore

Edward Alan Moore, a native of Girard, Ohio, is a member of the organ faculty at The Catholic University of America Benjamin T. Rome School of Music in Washington, DC and recently accepted a call to be Director of Music Ministries at The Lewinsville Presbyterian Church in McLean, VA. Previously he was Minister of Music at National City Christian Church in Washington and Director of Music for Saint Andrew Presbyterian Church in Iowa City, Iowa. He received the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in organ performance in October 1999 from the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, where he was a student of Michael Farris. Edward studied organ improvisation at Eastman with Gerre Hancock and Richard Erickson and was a research assistant for Professor Wm.
