Arena Stage’s Voices of Now Ensemble

VOICES OF NOW is Arena Stage’s after-school drama program for the neighboring Southwest youth in which participating students study improvisation, movement and performance. Now in its fourth year, the program has an enthusiastic following from both new and returning students.  Based on their participation in a series of fall drama workshops, students are invited to audition for the Voices of Now Ensemble, a select group that collaborates to create and perform an original play.  .
