1. Han Unity Grounds Performed by Yunnan Flower Lantern TroupeThis is a performance event prevalent among the Han people in Yunnan’s Songming County during the Spring Festival holidays. 2. Naxi Dongba Dance of Yupizhasuo Performed by He Xiudong This Dongba dance has nearly disappeared from the Naxi tradition, it was used as an offering and a blessing during the ceremony. 3. 1. 6. Jingpo Mu Nao Zong Ke

Mu Nao Zong Ge means “everybody dance”. It is a traditional festival event.
7. Pumi Ancient Folk Song Lielie

Lyrics: When the rivers began to form and the immortals emerged, the Pumi ancestors set the following rules: let the Pumi descendants inherit the spirit of diligence, honesty, bravery and unity.
8. Lisu Happy Time Four-String Fiddle with Vocals
Performed by Feng Yuehong and Yu Minghui
Lyrics: When a happy song is sung, the whole village is filled with joy. When a happy dance is danced, the grass dances along.

In this song, two boys have eyes for the same girl, and are competing for her at the country stomp through song..
10. Pumi Folk Song Praying to the Dragon Performed by Rongba Xinna
On the first day of the New Year, all people in the Pumi village will follow a leader to the dragon pool to present offerings perform a ritual, prayer for a bountiful harvest, rich livestock, health and protection upon the people of the village.
11. Lisu Song and Dance A Chi Mu Qua
Performed by Flower Lantern Troupe with He Wenxing
A Chi Mu Gua means “Song and Dance of the Mountain Goat.” It is found in Weixi Lisu Autonomous County, in Yunnan’s Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. It is a local traditional dance usually performed during festivals, offerings, weddings, groundbreaking of building houses, and ritual ceremonies. Lisu people’s lives are tightly linked to the goat.

Lyrics: Today is a good day. Brothers and sisters have gathered together to sing the song that’s in our hearts and dance to our happy fiddles.
13. Naxi Song of Planting the Seedlings

This is a work song of the Naxi, it is also used for flirting among young men and women.
14. Lisu Drinking Song Jiupeiduo ??? ????
Performed by Na Da Sha
Lyrics: It is rare for us to get together, let us have a drink. It is rare for us to meet. No matter what happened before, let none of us rest today until we are drunk.
15. Tibetan and Lisu Quartet Shangri-La Love Song

Lyrics: The golden sun rises over the peak of the snowy mountain. Beautiful flowers bloom on the prairie. The sun is warm and the flowers so beautiful! How to tell between the flowers and the sun, or between you and I! I hope we never part!

Composed in 1986 by Gen Dequan based on a traditional Dai love song.
17. Traditional Yi Song and Dance Country Stomp
Performed by Gao Hongzhang, Luo Fengxue and Yunnan Flower Lantern Troupe
The country stomp is common in western Yunnan and the Liangshan region of Sichuan performed at holidays and joyous occasions. It is an expression of the Yi’s love for nature
