In conjunction with the “Conference on the Caribbean,” the Millennium Stage, in cooperation with Metro and CARICOM, will host a free outdoor concert featuring chart-topping recording artist and former Fugees rapper Wyclef Jean; Grammy-winning reggae artist Shaggy; Jamaica’s own The Ska-talites, which The New York Times called “essential to the transformation of ska into reggae;” and Richmond-based jazz-funk band Plunky & Oneness.
