The Sinai Mountain Boys

The Sinai Mountain Boys are a unique foursome of Orthodox Jewish Musicians, combining Traditional and Original Bluegrass with Chassidic and other Jewish Melodies to create a sound which is very much their own! With Gary Goodman on Banjo, Robbie Zev Ludwick on Mandolin & Vocals, Michael Singer on Bass & Vocals and Yoni Tyberg on Guitar & Vocals, These four have affectionately termed their sound as “ Jewgrass! ”A favorite In the Mid Atlantic for their style of music and performance, they have created quite a buzz in just a short time. They can be heard on the new Hungry For Music Hanukah CD, have been featured on XM as well as College Radio, and have played for dignitaries including a recent performance honoring D.C. Mayor Fenty.This Band is as fresh as a warm Challah Bread, right out of the oven!.
