Sandra Ferrandez

Soprano Sandra Ferrandez studied at the High Conservatoire of Music Joaquin Rodrigo of Valencia under Ana Luisa Chova, and attended master classes by Victoria de los Angeles, Magda Olivero, Renata Scotto (Opera), J. Philip Schulze, Donald Sultzen and Wolfgang Rieger (Lied), Alejandro Zabala and Miguel Zanetti (Repertoire), and orchestra conductors such as Kamal Khan and José Collado. She received awards at the National Singing Competition Villa de Abarán, International Singing Competition City of Logroño and Singing Competition City of Alcoy, and First prize in the Spanish Young Musicians Competition. She was recently named "Spanish Young Hope" by the magazine Opera Actual.
