The John Luskey Band

The John Luskey Band, a local trio that has appeared with Kenny Chesney, Brooks-n-Dunn, Rascal Flatts, and Toby Keith, performs straight-ahead, good-time country music.John Luskey, a Southern Maryland native, grew up listening to his family’s extensive country record collection.  By the age of 13, he had learned enough guitar to join his first band and write his first song.   His first show was only in front of a handful of people; but that didn’t matter, John was hooked.  By the time he was 18, he had made a name for himself in Southern Maryland and the surrounding areas.
