The National Symphony Orchestra made U Street, Howard University, Shaw, and Logan Circle the focus of its free community engagement activities in January 2013.
One of the nation's most sought-after pops conductors, composers and arrangers, Steven Reineke is the newly appointed Principal Pops Conductor of the National Symphony Orchestra and begins his first season in 2011/2012.
