Tony Madruga

Antonio Madruga was born on July 2, 1994 in Pembroke Pines, Florida to parents Omar Madruga, a Cuban immigrant who came to the U.S. at the age of 10, and Cora Bencomo-Madruga, a descendant of Cuban parents who grew up in Southern Florida.  Antonio, or “Tony” as he is known by many, has grown up in a home environment where music is appreciated. His father played the trumpet during his youth and is jazz enthusiast.
