Beau Soir Ensemble

Beau Soir Ensemble is a flute and harp duo that performs live chamber music concerts for diverse audiences throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Formed in 2007, the group specializes in performing new and standard repertoire spanning all eras of classical music. Recent performances include a concert and lecture at the Mid-Atlantic Flute Fair in February 2008, and recitals at Old Town Hall (Fairfax, VA), Chevy Chase Presbyterian Church, Church of the Epiphany (Washington, DC), Kirkwood Presbyterian Church (Springfield, VA), the Lyceum (Alexandria, VA) and Front Royal Presbyterian Church. They are also regularly featured performers for the Harman Center for the Arts Wednesday at Noon Series in Washington, DC. The duo released their first recording, "Debut," in the summer of 2008, and their second CD, "Intermezzo," in the fall of 2009.
