Kentucky Youth Chorale

The Kentucky Youth Chorale, conducted by Julie Ann White, recipient of the Governor’s Award for the Arts in Education, is an inclusive young singer’s choral program that interweaves music instruction with performance and travel.Julie Ann White, Director of Kentucky Youth Chorale, is the Fine Arts Coordinator for the Owensboro Public Schools where she serves as curriculum specialist and consultant for their music, art, drama and dance programs and curriculum K-12. She graduated with high honors from the University of Montana where she studied piano, percussion and voice. She has also founded and directed treble choirs since 1972 which include the Knollwood Children’s Chorus (Atlanta, Georgia) The Brescia Boy Choir, The Sutton Singers, The City Singers and the Owensboro Center Chorus and the Kentucky Youth Chorale.Mrs.
