Jason Ager (The Kennedy Center)

Jason Ager

Jason Ager is a blues/rock artist with hip-hop and R&B influences.  Jason's self-taught guitar style has a unique ring, stylized palm muting and percussive string-striking being distinctive markers of his sound.  He is a favorite not only in his local Philadelphia music scene (playing at venues from the Grape Street and Tin Angel to the Puck and the World Café Live) but also frequently appears on stages in the New Jersey, New York, and Washington DC music scenes. Jason is also quite at home in a band setting, originally performing as the front-man of his own blues, power trio, affectionately known as the C.O.
