Joseph and Goldie Feder Memorial String Competition

The Joseph and Goldie Feder Memorial String Competition was established in 1971 by Mrs. Goldie Feder in honor of her late husband. Open to students in the D.C. Metropolitan area in grades 6-12, WPAS’ Feder Memorial String Competition continues to inspire and nurture local music students while maintaining the vitality of the arts in metropolitan D.
