'Untitled', fabric and paper wall sculpture (47 inches by 58 inches by 4 inches) (Copyright 2009 Emily Eifler)

Emily Eifler

Emily Eifler is a visual artist currently creating sculpture, works on paper, and digital projects. The themes of her work were initially derived from a chaotic relationship with her body, caused by a neurological disorder, but they have recently expanded to include disease, liminality, reuse, and control. Eifler has exhibited in several VSA exhibitions, including Derivative Composition, Green Light, and the 2009 Armory Show. She is a master in fine arts candidate at California College of the Arts in San Francisco.
