Petteri Luoto and Hákon Már Örvarsson

Winner of the Chef of the Year in Finland (1998), Petteri Luoto is known for brave combinations, presenting traditional Finnish flavors with a modern twist—to blend in tastes of other cultures, while keeping the base strongly Scandinavian.Chef Hákon Már Örvarsson has worked in such Reykjavik restaurants as Hótel Holt, Nordica Hotel and VOX Restaurant.
