Aldo Ragone

Born in Bari, Italy, Aldo Ragone studied in Rome at the musical Conservatory of Santa Cecilia under Giuseppe Scotese. After graduation, he studied with Aldo Ciccolini for four years in Rome and Paris. In 1997, he was chosen for the prestigious international competition “Vianna da Motta” in Macao, China. Since 1998, he studied at the Cini Foundation in Venice with Eugenio Bagnoli, and from 1999-2001 in Luxembourg, with Russian pianists Evgenij Moguilevsky and Pavel Gililov. In 2000, he received the Performance Diploma at the Ecole Normale de Musique Alfred Cortot in Paris with the unanimous congratulations of the jury.
