Mariam Bagayoko

At the age of 67 and barely 4 foot 6 inches, Mariam Bagayoko may be one of Mali’s most dynamic performers. She can proudly claim to be the only woman to actually dance on the balafon. N'goussoun is court music, generally praise singing and encouragement.
