Linn Barnes

Linn Barnes and Allison Hampton began their careers as a Renaissance lute duo, studying and performing the early music repertoire. Mr. Barnes studied with Jose Tomas and John Marlow. Ms. Hampton, who also studied with John Marlow, bears the distinction of being the first person to receive a bachelor of arts degree with a major in lute from American University.
