Mayor Anthony A. Williams and Jim Vance of NBC4 host The Mayor’s Arts Awards, an evening of live performances and award presentations honoring D.C.’s arts world, including performances by Richard Smallwood, CityDance Ensemble, Spanish Dance Society, and Dr. Billy Taylor.
In association with the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities.
