Chef Hemant Oberoi

Chef Hemant Oberoi, Executive Grand Chef of the Taj Mahal Palace & Towers in Mumbai, is one of India’s foremost chefs. In a career spanning four decades, he has cooked for kings, queens and other heads of state as well as Hollywood and Bollywood royalty. He was the first Indian chef nominated to the World Gourmet Club. For maximum INDIA, Chef Oberoi will lead a team of twelve chefs from around the country, to introduce festival patrons to the exciting and varied cuisines from all over India.
