Suzanne Jackson

Suzanne Jackson is the author of Penny the One of a Kind Piano and is the producer/co-writer of a musical by the same name. In addition to being a delightful children’s book and an educational music book, Penny the Piano symbolizes the life that many foster children experience as they are moved from home to home. Inspired by the story of a foster child she was teaching, Ms. Jackson created the Foster Children’s Music Lesson Fund to provide music lessons at no cost for foster children. The Foster Children’s Music Lesson Fund bestowed its first grant in September 2011.
