The Culture Shock Dance Troupe combines hip-hop dance, breaking, popping, locking, and spoken word to bring audiences to their feet. The First Rays, based in Arlington, Virginia, culls influences from classic rock, roots reggae, drum-and-bass, punk, hip-hop, blues, and funk to form its dynamic sound.
