VIVE LA WORLD! Algerian-born, Cheikha Rimitti, considered the mother of Raï (Arabic ‘opinion’ music that blends medieval melody with western rhythms and technology), has become a worldwide legend, with her languorous voice, distinctive dancing and expressive performances. She performs with special guest, Sahraoui. And Paris/Havana collective, P18 will have the crowd up on their feet, dancing to a blend of Afro-Cuban hip-hop and urban dance electronica.
