Set of six notecards created from drawings by dancer Elisabeth Holowchuk of The Suzanne Farrell Ballet Company, the resident dance company of the Kennedy Center. Two of each design from Divertimento Number 15, Divertimento Brillante, and Serenade. Cards measure 4.25 x 5.5 During Farrell's 28 years on the stage she danced a repertory of more than 100 ballets, many of which were created for her by George Balanchine. Farrell founded the Company's Balanchine Preservation Initiative as an effort to revive rarely performed works by the choreographer and to share her intimate understanding of Balanchine's vanguard body of work. Artwork created and copyrighted by Stylish Ink.
