This bracelet was a gift to Jacqueline Kennedy from her sister Lee Radziwill on the occasion of Jackie becoming First Lady. Lee could not attend the inauguration as she had recently given birth to her daughter Christina, who would later spend time living with Jackie and her children.

The bracelet was later sold at a Sotheby's auction for $85,000.
