The vocally agile and exuberant Davis often gets shortchanged in relation to his pal Sinatra, but this one's his baby. Released in 1966 to promote Davis's TV variety show, these studio sessions include his versions of "What Kind of Fool Am I?" "Hey There," "Feelin' Good," and two Charles Aznavour songs.

Cole Porter's "We Open in Venice" is sung by the trio, and Davis duets with Martin on "Sam's Song."
