|Job Title: HRIS/Benefits Coordinator|

|This position will report to the Benefits Manager and will support the administration of all welfare, retirement and leave programs; provide support and maintenance of the HRIS system; and serve as the point of contact for all HRIS related projects, reports and issues.
Benefits: respond to employee questions, coordinate and maintain benefit enrollment, termination and monthly vendor invoice reconciliation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits communication and enrollment materials library, including supplies of forms, brochures, and electronic media. Creates and sends electronic files, to a variety of vendors according to established timelines and payroll/benefits cycles. Assists with coordinating the annual open enrollment and benefits fair.
HRIS: perform accurate and timely updates of HR master file in Lawson by entering data for new hires, terminations, status changes, time/leave accrual and personal change forms. Troubleshoot Lawson entry and HR related payroll problems. Reconciles payroll reports to ensure HR-related items have been properly entered.
|The successful candidate will possess: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required and 2+ years of HRIS and Benefits experience preferred; knowledge of pertinent HR practices, policies and procedures; strong technical skills with HRIS experience preferred; strong attention to detail; ability to assist and communicate with a broad employee population; ability to set priorities and multi-task as necessary; knowledge of Lawson preferred.|
