The Kennedy Center has announced programming for the 2014–2015 season, featuring more than 2,000 performances of theater, dance, music of all kinds.
NSO Music Director Christoph Eschenbach was awarded the 2014 Grammy for Best Classical Compendium for his recording of “Hindemith: Violin Concerto (Midori, violin); Symphonic Metamorphosis; Konzertmusik.” The CD is available for purchase in the Kennedy Center Gift Shop.

We are proud to announce Principal Pops Conductor Steven Reineke will be with us through the 2017-2018 season! Since his appointment in the 2011-12 season, he has led the NSO in 50 performances at the Kennedy Center, at Wolf Trap, and on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol.
