NSO Celebrations! 2007
It's about STYLE... It's about TASTE... It's about TRENDS... It's about CELEBRATIONS! The Women's Committee for the National Symphony Orchestra presents four days of inspiring ideas for entertaining, staging, and enjoying all your celebrations. NSO Celebrations! showcases creative tablescapes and designed environments from interior designers and caterers, features seminars on entertaining and decorating, and hosts the area's most unique and unusual boutiques. The event presents an exceptional opportunity to experience new trends in color, furnishings, fabrics, and tableware.
Twenty noted interior designers, including Frank Babb Randolph, Mary Douglas Drysdale, Skip Sroka, Bud Yeck and Ed Bouchard are joined by The Ritz-Carlton, Washington DC in the creation of innovative vignettes and imaginative table settings with creative entertaining for all occasions in mind.
"We're pleased to launch an event that looks at all the many ways we entertain throughout the year,"says event co-chair Susan Long."NSO Celebrations! participants include not only some of the area's familiar design luminaries, but also a number of the industry's rising stars," says Christina Emmerman, also co-chair of the event.

*NSO Celebrations! opens to the public Thursday, October 25, 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm, and continues Friday, October 26, and Saturday, October 27, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Sunday, October 28, 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm.
