Dance the night away at one of Washington's liveliest summer events! Following select evening performances in September, the Kennedy Center presents a free outdoor dance party on the newly constructed South Plaza, featuring some of the local scene's most popular dance orchestras. Cursed with two left feet? Never fear—dance instructors will be on hand to teach ballroom, salsa, swing, and hand dancing. You can twirl, dip, and hold your partner close while overlooking the Potomac River on a beautiful late summer night.
