The Suzanne Farrell Ballet is committed to touring with availability between September and June. Summer dates are available at the discretion of the Artistic Director. The company also offers a variety of education and outreach activities on tour including master classes.

The company tours with 18-22 dancers and a staff including the Artistic Director, General Manager, Stage Manager, Lighting Supervisor, and Wardrobe Supervisor. As a chamber-sized professional ballet company, its repertoire is perfect for theaters as small as 800 seats and as grand as 1600 seats.

Since 2001, The Suzanne Farrell Ballet has performed annually at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. and has toured both nationally and internationally. The company’s annual season at the Kennedy Center includes successful seven performance runs in the Eisenhower Theater (1400 seats).

In addition to its other repertoire, the Company is committed to carrying forth the legacy of George Balanchine. The Suzanne Farrell Ballet created the Balanchine Preservation Initiative to share rarely seen or “lost” Balanchine works with audiences around the world.
