THREE EXCLUSIVE LOUNGES FOR ENTERTAINING

Entertain business associates, friends, and family members in the elegant Circles lounges before performances and during intermissions. Located on the box tier level of the Concert Hall, Opera House, and Eisenhower Theater, these lounges are reserved for the exclusive use of Circles members and their guests. Members are billed for their lounge purchases through an account established with the Circles office. The Circles lounges allow you to escape the crowds in the lobby and enjoy a more relaxed, cash-free environment with other prominent Washingtonians. Also, simply stop by the Circles lounge prior to the performance and place your drink order. Pre-performance drink orders will be freshly prepared and waiting for you at the beginning of intermission - giving you and your guests more time to relax, talk, and enjoy the lounge.

GREAT SEATS FOR MEMBERS ONLY

The Ticket Concierge Service gives our donors at the Golden Circle level and higher the very best seats in the house. For every performance the Kennedy Center offers, we reserve prime orchestra section seats exclusively for purchase by members at these levels. One phone call to our Circles Services Line is your gateway to these great seats, which are not available to the general public.

This exclusive ticket service works well for our donors with unpredictable travel schedules – or those with last minute ticket needs – and is particularly advantageous for business entertaining. With the Ticket Concierge Service you have the flexibility of ordering your tickets months in advance, or within days of the performance. Ticket orders may be placed from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, up to 48 hours before a performance..

PRIORITY SEATING AND RESERVATIONS AT THE ROOF TERRACE RESTURANT

The Circles office has reserved the best tables in the Roof Terrace Restaurant for the exclusive use of Circles members. To make a reservation, simply call the special Circles reservation line on the back of your membership card and all the details are handled for you. Also, you will receive advance email notice of special wine-tasting dinners and other Roof Terrace Restaurant special events.

PRE-PERFORMANCE DRINK ORDERS

Why wait in line at the bar? Simply stop by the Circles lounges prior to the performance to place your intermission drink orders with a bartender. Upon your return at intermission, your drinks will be freshly prepared and waiting. This convenient feature gives you and your guests more time to relax and enjoy the comfort of the lounges.

RESERVED PARKING

A parking space just steps from the door - one of the most coveted commodities at the Kennedy Center - can be yours as a member of the Producers' Circle level or higher. Simply make your arrangements in advance through the Circles Services Line, and you'll drive directly into your reserved parking space – centrally located on Parking Level C inside the Kennedy Center garage between escalators leading to both ends of the complex.

CAST PARTIES

Circles members have the opportunity to attend complimentary Cast Parties each year, giving you greater access to the artists you love. Each Cast Party includes a beautiful post-performance reception in which Circles members and cast members meet to enjoy desserts and cocktails. Cast Parties are offered in different genres year to year.

PLAYBILL® RECOGNITION

Your contribution will be "center stage" as we list all Circles members names in PLAYBILL® and in the Kennedy Center's annual report. Updates to the program are done on a quarterly basis, so please allow three months for your first listing to appear.
