On Friday, May 5, 2000, members of the Producers' Circle and higher enjoyed cocktails and dinner in the attractively decorated South Atrium Foyer before viewing a live interview with Judith Jamison. Jamison, Artistic Director of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and 1999 Kennedy Center Honoree, answered questions from moderator Kim Kokich before fielding questions from interview attendees. Pleasant and genuine, Jamison greeted and conversed with attendees after the event.
