Join us for a program of cultural exploration based in our universal enjoyment of food. Participants meet at the Kennedy Center Hall of States Entrance by 6 p.m. to be shuttled to the residence of His Excellency Wegger Chr. Strommen, the Ambassador of Norway. The Shuttle will bring patrons back to the Kennedy Center following the program.
This session introduces participants to the traditions, cultures, and environment that shaped the culinary evolution of Norway. Participants will then enjoy a buffet dinner specially prepared by Chef Simon Idsø, Executive Chef at Royal Embassy of Norway, to showcase the country's cuisine.
