The National Festival Chorus will perform a diverse and exciting array of hand-selected choral works under the direction of Maestro Z. Randall Stroope, including works by Telemann, Paulus, and some of Stroope's own compositions. One of the most active choral conductors and composers working today, Stroope has recently conducted at the American School in Singapore, Canterbury Cathedral in England, Berliner Dom in Germany, and the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. He led four performances at the Vatican in the past three years and has toured 21 countries with choirs under his direction, with concerts in China, South Africa, Japan, and Russia, among others.
