Remember that beloved fairy tale where a chicken egg comes to the rescue? No? Maybe that's because you haven't seen the Danish theater company Gruppe 38 use an egg, a potato masher, a live chicken, a fly swatter, and a potato to become the principal players in a comedic take on the classic story of Little Red Riding Hood. On the back of an Italian pick-up truck this odd assortment of cargo transforms--through the magic of live performance--to become Riding Hood, the Big Bad Wolf, Grandmother, and the Hunter. For age 6 and up.
Audience members will be seated in bleachers on stage during performances. Accessibility accommodations will be provided.
