The Kennedy Center is open to the public daily from 10 a.m until approximately half an hour after the end of the evening's final performance. There is no fee to enter the building, and free tours are offered daily.
Begin your visit to the Kennedy Center at the Information Desk, located in the Hall of States (10 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily). You can pick up a map, learn what performances are playing, and receive membership information from one of the many volunteers who staff this important resource. You may also find out about first aid, lost and found, and security services.
For the convenience of Kennedy Center patrons, a Riggs Bank ATM is located in the parking plaza on Level A, next to the Gift Shop on that level. Coat check is available in the Hall of Nations during performance times only.
