Certain applications on the Kennedy Center Home Page require web browser plug-ins. If you don't already have the software you need on your computer, the following links will help you get started.

[Download Realplayer 7]
RealPlayer™ is software that makes it possible for you to experience streaming audio and video. Kennedy Center Internet broadcasts require the RealPlayer 8.0 or above, available free at http://www.real.com.
Note: The download link on this page will lead you to a page on the RealNetworks site that offers two versions of the player. In order to receive the free player, make sure to click on the "Free RealOne Player" link in the top right of the screen, as opposed to the links for RealOne Player Plus, which costs $19.95. You must then fill out a form in order to download the file. Speed of the download depends on bandwidth connection.

 

[Get Acrobat Reader]
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader is a software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Available free at http://www.adobe.com.

 

[Get Shockwave Plug-in]
The Shockwave and Flash Player lets you play back Flash and Shockwave movies and animations. Available free at http://www.macromedia.com.

 

[Download Quicktime]
The Quicktime plug-in will let you view Quicktime movies. Available free at http://www.apple.com.
