Leo Manzari is a 15-year-old tap phenomenon. Presented by VSA, siblings Amanda (22), Michael (18), and Amelia (16) Ransom form The Ransom Notes, a group that blends classical, Celtic, bluegrass, and gospel music. Xuejuan Dance Ensemble
Xuejuan Dance Ensemble performs on the Millennium Stage. Formed in 2009, its mission is to bring together dancers and dance enthusiasts of different ages, backgrounds, and dance experiences, with a common interest in Chinese folk and classical dance. As a group, ensemble members study classical and folk techniques and learn iconic, award-winning repertoire, as well as original choreographic works in each dance style, including Tibetan, Mongolian, Dai, Miao, Yang Ge, Uygur, and Chinese classical dance.

Matilda the Musical Teaser
Enjoy an energetic evening of traditional Appalachian music and square dancing at the Pre-Thanksgiving Square Dance. Leah Weiss (fiddle), Gary Wright (guitar), Kate Brett (banjo), and Kevin Enoch (bass) rock the dance tunes, and Janine Smith teaches and calls the figures from 5–7 pm. You’ll be square dancing before you know it!
National Symphony Orchestra Prelude
Members of the National Symphony Orchestra perform chamber works, including Beethoven’s Sextet and Schubert’s String Quartet No.13 “Rosamunde.” The program features violinists Alexandra Osborne and Joel Fuller; violist Mahoko Eguchi; cellist Rachel Young; and horn players James Nickel and Abel Pereira.
