DCPS Music Festival Week: The Music in Me Foundation presents Unleash Your Superpowers!,
A PeerPositivePOWER Presentation that is a unique blend of anti-bullying through Hip Hop, drum circle, American Sign Language, dance, mime, and multimedia. This interactive presentation, seen by more than 40,000 people, will be featuring singer/ songwriter Reesa Renee; award-winning international recording Artist King Kanja; Rock ‘n’ Roll, Hip Hop, and soul superintendent Dr. Darryl Adams; and PeerPositivePOWER youth performers from Saint Francis International School and Friendship Woodridge International School, to take audiences on a journey as to where and how to discover their inner special gifts—or what The Music in Me Foundation International refers to as “superpowers.”
