The Kennedy Center offers a wide range of programs for corporate sponsorship, including season sponsorships, shorter festivals or individual productions. Contemporary Dance

The Kennedy Center’s Contemporary Dance Season presents audiences with a broad range of artistic perspectives, from masters of the genre to the art form’s newest voices.  Dance presentations feature an array of groundbreaking ensembles that have shaped the national and international scene of modern dance.

Sponsorship of the Dance Season provides visibility for a seven month season as well as access to a targeted segment of consumers with diverse cultural interests.

VSA arts

VSA arts, an affiliate organization of the Kennedy Center, is an international nonprofit organization founded in 1974 by Ambassador Jean Kennedy Smith to promote a society where people with disabilities can learn through, participate in, and enjoy the arts.  Currently five million people participate in VSA arts programs through a network of affiliates in the United States and in over 60 countries.

Sponsorship of VSA arts provides companies with high visibility opportunities and a partnership with a successful and unique international program.


Spotlighting various cultures through the presentation of international arts festivals is one of the Kennedy Center’s most significant roles.  In the past, the Center has produced numerous festivals including celebrations of Australia, Germany, the Caribbean, Israel, Africa, and most recently, the unprecedented Festival of China. In addition, the Center has celebrated American artists and art forms with high-profile festivals paying tribute to Stephen Sondheim, Tennessee Williams, Jazz and Country Music.

The Suzanne Farrell Ballet

The Kennedy Center and world-renowned ballerina Suzanne Farrell have partnered in the creation of The Suzanne
Farrell Ballet with the aim to preserve the style, the technique, and the masterworks of America's most celebrated choreographer, George Balanchine. This accomplished company, which has attracted international attention, presents annual performances at the Center in addition to national and international touring performances.
