The Code Listen ensemble of Boston police, teen artists, and mothers who've lost their sons to homicide weaves together original music, stories, and poetry in a powerful performance that invites a nationwide conversation on violence, policing, and racism. Led by Kennedy Center Citizen Artist Fellow Shaw Pong Liu (violin/erhu/composition) with theatre direction by Pascale Florestal and guest artists including Nadia Washington, vocals, Jason Palmer, jazz trumpet, and guest musicians from Sound Impact
